The Legends, Wine and High Country area of Victoria lies only a short scenic detour from the main Melbourne-Sydney road and rail link.

To Get To Mansfield

From Melbourne Central & Northern Suburbs

Via the Hume Highway, take the Tallarook turnoff (about 11km before Seymour) and go through Yea to Mansfield. (The road is narrower and windier, however is a little quicker than going up to Seymour)

From South/Eastern Suburbs

Via the Melba Highway from Lilydale, through Coldstream, Yarra Glen, Yea (do 2 right hand turns) and then on to Mansfield. Very scenic and the fastest route. (If you’re not distracted by the many excellent wineries on the way.)

Via the Maroondah Highway. This way is equally scenic with the impressive Black Spur, but will take longer. Go through Healesville to Alexandra. In Alexandra turn left and head to Mansfield. Do not go via Eildon to Jamieson as it is 61km with some winding dirt road. (A bit of a teeth rattler.)

From the North via Wangaratta

Via the Hume Freeway turn off at the Mansfield exit. Travel south along the Midland Highway thru Lima South and Barjarg and then turn left at the Midland Link to Mansfield. Travel for 11km to Mansfield and turn left at the roundabout into the town centre of Mansfield.

From Mansfield

When you get to Mansfield, go through the town centre and follow the main road around to the right up Chenery Street. At the end of Chenery Street, turn left and follow the Mt. Buller road for approximately 1.5km.

Turn right at the Jamieson turnoff and follow this road for approximately 18km. Turn right into Macs Cove. Follow the road to the left (caution very tight corner) into Willowlake Drive. Follow this road around to the right and you will see our Willowlake sign on the right.

PLEASE NOTE – There is limited mobile reception after Jamieson turn off!
